Which geographic regions do you service?

My services are available to organizations and individuals located primarily in the US, Mexico, and Canada. Other locations are considered on a case by case basis.

Are initial consultations free?

I do not collect fees for initial consultations or RFPs (Request for Proposal), however; reasonable travel and lodging expenses (if incurred) are billed directly following the consultation.

How do you set fees for services?

My fees for services are a function of several factors, including the expertise and staffing needs of the engagement, the length of the agreed upon work plan, and the locations involved.  Fees can be calculated and billed by the hour or by a flat rate at predetermined milestones. Hours incurred while traveling are billed  at half of the agreed upon rate. Reasonable travel and lodging expenses (if incurred) are billed weekly. A retainer to hold dates for the engagement is required. The amount of the retainer is negotiable and is deducted from the first billing.

What are the fees for your workshops?

I charge $1,200.00 for a full day workshop (8 hours) and $700.00 for a half day workshop (4 hours). All materials are included. Half of the total fee is required to confirm the date.  The fee balance is due at the time of the workshop. Reasonable travel and lodging expenses (if incurred) are billed directly following the workshop.

Do you co-source or partner with other practitioners?

Yes, I have an extensive network of practitioners that are available to assist me, depending upon the engagement or the skill set needed.  I also assist other practitioners as I'm available.
